Monday: 8 am to 5 pm
Tuesday: 8 am to 5 pm
Wednesday: 8 am to 5 pm
Thursday: 8 am to 12 pm
Friday: 8 am to 5 pm
Late Night Clinics are on Monday and Tuesday nights by appointment. Please call your local site for more information.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of CABUN, and they will contact us.
After Hours Urgent Medical Needs
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call our answering service at 1-404-487-2169. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
Insurance / Payment / Billing
At CABUN Rural Health Services, we accept Medicare, Medicaid, most major insurance plans, cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (870) 798-3515 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit according to our sliding scale.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of CABUN Rural Health Services are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will contact our office at the location where you were seen and will process your request within 72 business hours. As a second option, you may call our office or leave a request on our patient portal. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
CABUN Rural Health Services, Inc. has a twenty-four hour cancellation policy in place for all appointments. Patients are instructed to call the clinic location for which the appointment is scheduled and speak to the receptionists or a message may be left using the after-hours voicemails. Patients who miss their appointment and do not call and cancel their appointment will be placed on the “Did Not Keep Appointment” list.
